Hello Eleanor Roosevelt Class of 1986! I look forward to seeing everyone this weekend. My husband, son, and I live in Reistertown, MD in Northwestern Baltimore County. I have been in the Baltimore area for the past 22 years since I came here to do my internship in Internal Medicine at Johns Hopkins Hospital. I am still there! I joined the faculty in the School of Medicine after training in endocrinology, diabetes, and metabolism. I am now a Professor of Medicine and Epidemiology and last year began an new role as Executive Vice-Chair of the Department of Medicine. I continue to enjoy research and clinical care in diabetes. I also love being a mom! My son, Andrew, is 16 and is a rising senior at McDonogh School in Owings Mills. We are in the throws of college visits and applications and he is also getting his driver's license. He plans to pursue a career in journalism and when he is not writing, he pitches and plays centerfield for the Varsity baseball team. My husband, Chris, and I have been married for almost 19 years. I am attaching a recent family photo.
